An inventory threshold, an approved requisition or an ERP event sends product, quantity, ship-to and PO number. Catalog confirms price and availability first.
CartAI submits on the vendor's site
Login-gated portals, custom carts and standard checkouts are all handled. Orders are submitted against the PO, or paid with a corporate or virtual card through hosted payment sessions. Payment is optional.
Confirmation flows back
Order number, line items, totals and tracking come back by webhook as a normalized record, ready for the ERP and AP without a person forwarding emails.
Signed, verified, allowed. CartAI transacts with signed agent identity and KYA, inside the bot-management infrastructure major merchants already run, so legitimate orders are recognized and processed rather than blocked.
